1. Purpose and scope
These terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations applicable to orders, sales and services offered by Le B Brasserie, including on-site, takeaway and services ordered through the available ordering tools.
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the terms in force on the date of the order. Specific terms may be stated for certain events, private functions, groups, special menus or services provided on quotation.
2. Orders
An order becomes binding once confirmed by the establishment in writing, verbally or through the tool used where that tool supports confirmation. Customers undertake to provide accurate information: identity, contact details, date, time, products, quantities and any relevant instructions.
The establishment may adjust, postpone or refuse an order in the event of unavailability, incomplete information, production constraints, a request that is incompatible with the service, suspected misuse or exceptional circumstances.
3. Products, allergens and availability
Dishes, drinks, menus and specials are offered subject to availability and may change according to supplies, the season, production constraints or the establishment's choices.
Allergen information is provided with the utmost care, but customers must disclose any allergy, intolerance or dietary requirement before confirming an order. The establishment may refuse a request when it cannot guarantee suitable preparation.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include all taxes unless otherwise stated. The applicable prices are those confirmed when the order is placed, subject to any obvious display or input error.
Accepted payment methods, any deposit and the time at which payment is due are communicated when the order, booking, collection or service is arranged. For online payments, the transaction is processed by the relevant payment provider under its own security terms.
5. Collection, service and performance
The arrangements for service, collection or any delivery are explained to the customer when the order is placed. Quoted times are given in good faith and may vary depending on demand, preparation constraints, traffic or any event beyond the establishment's control.
Customers must check the information provided and arrive at the agreed time. In the event of a significant delay or failure to collect, prepared products may be treated as consumed or non-refundable when their nature prevents them from being offered for sale again.
6. Changes, cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
Any request to change or cancel an order must be submitted as soon as possible. Whether it can be accepted depends on the progress of preparation, purchases already made, service arrangements and the nature of the service.
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to goods made to the customer's specifications, products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or restaurant services supplied on a specific date or during a specific period. No automatic refund is due when the order has already been prepared or the customer fails to attend.
7. Complaints, mediation and disputes
For any complaint, customers can contact the establishment at contact@leb-brasserie.com or by telephone on 07 49 76 69 15. The request must specify the date and nature of the order or service and include any information needed to process it.
Consumer mediation: To be completed in the admin dashboard. Mediation contact: To be completed in the admin dashboard. These terms are governed by French law. If no amicable solution can be found, the dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts under the ordinary rules of law.
